These are highly individualized sessions. We stablish your goals, and catalogue your current strengths and strategies. We explore a course of action to stabilize and control addictive behaviors. Address any underlying issues including life challenges and/or, Physical/Psychological trauma at your pace.
Couples and Family
These sessions promote satisfying communication within couples and families. For partners and family members, learn how to be supportive without giving up your tranquility. Learn about the different types and levels of care. Set and maintain safe boundaries.
Self-guided Psychedelic Therapy Prep and Support
Plan your Self-Guided Psychedelic therapy experience. Prepare a good foundation, including: Respect and safety, forming intention, nutrition/fasting, creating an appropriate environment, choosing support people, and integration of the experience.
