Individual Addiction Counseling
These are highly individualized sessions. We stablish your goals, and catalogue your current strengths and strategies. We explore a course of action to stabilize and control addictive behaviors. Address any underlying issues including life challenges and/or, Physical/Psychological trauma at your pace.
Couples and Family
These sessions promote satisfying communication within couples and families. For partners and family members, learn how to be supportive without giving up your tranquility. Learn about the different types and levels of care. Set and maintain safe boundaries.
Anger Management
Satisfy any court ordered or personal anger management requirement. Find the root of anger and learn the physio psychological characteristics around it. Learn a simple anger management skill set,maintain an anger log,and chart progress.
